Starting Pay Scale

• ¼ time <20 hours per week: $12.50–$15.50/hr
• Part-time 20–32 hours per week: $12.50–$17.00/hr
• Full-time 32+ hours per week: $15.00/hr and up

We are looking for both full-time and part-time Culinary Team Members. Culinary Team Members must be available on a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday. Chick‑fil‑A Culinary Team Members take part in a variety of tasks both in the Front of House and the Back of House. All of the Chick‑fil‑A Team Members are cross‑trained in both areas, however as a Culinary Team Member you will primarily support the kitchen team, prepare and assemble food orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Culinary Team Members will conduct themselves positively and truthfully, demonstrating 2nd‑mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
