Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1+ year of cooking experience for large groups.
• 2+ years of commercial/institutional cooking experience can substitute.
• Willingness to travel between MPA campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and service of meals for students and staff.
• Prepare meals in facilities serving up to 45 youth and 20 staff per shift.
• Create menus in collaboration with the MPA team and ensure compliance with NH guidelines.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and inventory standards across kitchens.
• Stock supplies, monitor food storage, and assist with meal planning and execution.
• Collaborate with campus kitchens to provide meals per DOE guidelines during school days.
