Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or less than one year related experience.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions, safety rules, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in food preparation according to the established menu.
• Serve residents in the dining room at meals and maintain a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain clean kitchen, dining, and storage areas following sanitation rules.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment for residents and staff.
• Respond promptly to residents’ and families’ requests and communicate clearly.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and protect resident privacy.
• Assist with training new dining staff when needed.
