• Lead and oversee daily meal service execution, including prep, production, and service flow.
• Coordinate team assignments to ensure efficient kitchen operations and coverage across all meal periods.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to consistent quality and freshness standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment at all times.
• Support rapid adjustments to menus, prep levels, and staffing based on operational needs.
• Supervise, coach, and support culinary team members in partnership with Executive Sous Chef.
