The Highland Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a dedicated Steward to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly in a fast-paced luxury property in Dallas. You’ll wash dishes, support the culinary team, and help maintain high sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to support the culinary team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Display a positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment.
