Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Will perform duties assigned by the chefs.
• Great team player with the ability to create excellent working relationships across the group.
• Ability to adapt to change in business levels.
• Strong communication skills to all team members.
• Knife skills are a plus.
• Product knowledge, you have to actually know what you are talking about.
• Find solutions before problems arise.
• Anticipate needs and over deliver wherever possible.
• Think on your feet and use initiative to solve problems and deliver solutions.
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organized work area; maintain sanitation.
• Keep café clean; maintain a clean uniform and appearance.
• Dish Porter: move dishes from venues to main dishwashing station.
• Support line by restocking plate ware and keeping things clean/safe.
• Work as part of a team; treat colleagues with respect in all areas.
