Job summary

McLean in Simsbury, CT is seeking a Cook to prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events. The role covers the entire property and requires accurate, efficient cooking and plating.

You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation, help with inventory, and deliver excellent customer service. The position requires 2+ years of related experience; Serv Safe is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Serv Safe preferred.
• Presents self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Reads and follows recipes unsupervised.

Responsibilities
