Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience.

• Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional/dietary criteria.
• Exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as necessary.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and make revisions as needed.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner to support marketing and occupancy.
• Support driving top-line revenue and occupancy through engaged staff and sound decisions.
