• Sets up cafeteria lines, steam tables, dining room tables with hot and cold items.
• Serves food cafeteria style and maintains cleanliness of service areas.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk continually.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up and maintains cafeteria lines and dining surfaces with prepared items.
• Operates dishwashers; performs preventive maintenance and cleaning of kitchen areas.
• Scrapes, soaks, scrubs pots, pans, bowls; cleans ceilings, hoods, floors, walls and coolers.
• Unloads food from deliveries and replenishes items as needed.
• Prepares fresh fruit or salads and makes coffee, tea and other beverages.
