Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station is hiring a full-time cook to join our culinary team. You will prep and cook dishes, set up stations, and support the chef with banquet and line service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification required.
• Willingness to work varying day/night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations and support daily objectives with leadership.
• Produce dishes according to standard recipes and presentations.
• Perform mise en place and kitchen prep before service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment per health codes.
• Assist in banquet and kitchen line duties as directed.
