CountryHouse Folsom, CA is seeking a Culinary Services Manager for full-time work with occasional evenings and weekends. Lead and grow the dining team, create menus residents look forward to, and participate in hands-on meal prep several days per week to ensure exceptional resident dining experiences.

• Plan special meals, celebrations, and dining events.
• Manage inventory, ordering, kitchen workflow, and food costs.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation, safety, and compliance.

What You’ll Do
