Job summary

CountryHouse Folsom is seeking a Culinary Services Manager to lead our dining program and craft resident-focused experiences. You’ll guide an established team, develop menus, and actively participate in meal preparation several days per week, while building strong resident relationships and driving enjoyable dining events.

The role focuses on high standards for food quality, sanitation, and efficient operation in a senior living community. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the culinary and dining team
• Create delicious, resident-focused menus and memorable dining experiences
• Take a hands-on role in meal preparation and culinary support at least four days per week
• Build relationships with residents and gather feedback to continually improve dining
• Plan special meals, celebrations, and dining events
• Manage inventory, ordering, kitchen workflow, and food costs
• Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation, safety, and compliance
• Keep dining operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly
