Qualifications

• Culinary or dining management experience with strong leadership skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with passion for great food.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the culinary and dining team.
• Create resident-focused menus and memorable dining experiences.
• Hands-on meal preparation and culinary support at least four days per week.
• Build relationships with residents and collect feedback to improve dining.
• Plan special meals, celebrations, and dining events.
• Manage inventory, ordering, kitchen workflow, and food costs.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation, safety, and compliance.
• Keep dining operations organized and running smoothly.
