Job summary

The Waterford at Fairfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a seasoned Culinary Services Director to lead the dining operations for residents in our Fairfield, Ohio campus. You will supervise dining staff, implement standards, manage inventory and budgets, and coordinate closely with nursing to ensure high-quality service and resident satisfaction.

Must bring 3–5 years in senior living or related settings and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in restaurants, hotels, SNF, or senior living.
• Associate degree or higher in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Hospitality Management.
• Serve Safe Certification or CDM/CEC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary service department planning and operations.
• Ensure food service standards, policies and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to meet residents' needs.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and budget adherence.
