Job summary

The Waterford at Mansfield is seeking an experienced Culinary Services Director to lead the dining program in our senior living community. You will supervise dining staff, set standards, and partner with nursing to meet resident needs with high-quality, safe meals.

Requirements include 3-5 years as Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager, an associate degree or better in Culinary Arts or Hospitality, and ServSafe/CDM certifications. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in restaurants, hotels, SNF, or senior living.
• An associate degree or better in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Hospitality Management or Certified Executive Chef (CEC, ACF).
• Serve Safe Certification or Certified Dining Manager (CDM).

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and direct culinary services and supervise dining staff.
• Maintain food service standards, policies, equipment and budget alignment.
• Coordinate with nursing to meet residents’ needs; ensure service quality.
• Order supplies, manage inventory and control budgets.
• Must be willing to cook daily in the kitchen.
