Job summary

The Waterford at Fairfield is a premier retirement community in Fairfield, OH, seeking an experienced Culinary Services Director to lead the dining program for residents. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality meals, and coordinate with nursing to meet resident needs.

The role requires 3–5 years as Executive Chef or similar, an associate degree in culinary arts or related field, and Serve Safe certification. On-site role with access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager or Culinary Director in hospitality or senior living.
• Formal culinary education or equivalent certification.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary service department planning and supervision of dining staff.
• Maintain food service standards, policies, equipment, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nursing to meet residents’ needs.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and adhere to budget.
• Must be willing to cook daily in the kitchen.
