Qualifications

• 3+ years of foodservice operations management in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or business management preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop rotating menus balancing resident preferences and nutrition.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendors; oversee production workflows.
• Oversee daily culinary operations, hiring, training, and staff evaluations.
