Job summary

New Perspective Erie, PA, is seeking a Culinary Services Director to provide leadership and management of food and beverage and dining services in the community. You will oversee procurement, preparation, service of food per the Menu Program, and the department’s financial management while supervising and training team members.

• Solid knowledge of regulations concerning food handling, storage, preparation, safety and sanitation procedures.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 4+ years as lead chef in a hospitality/restaurant environment.
• Culinary training and/or dietary certifications required.

Description

As the Culinary Services Director, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the food and beverage and dining services operations in the community. These responsibilities include oversight of procurement, preparation and service of the food per the designated Menu Program, financial management of the department, supervising and training team members.
