Responsibilities

• Set up dining room tables and prepare for meals.
• Take food orders from residents and serve entrees, salads, beverages and desserts.
• Ensure meals are served at the correct times and resident dining needs are met.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining room and dish areas following infection control procedures.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks and report equipment issues.
• Transport meal items between dining areas and maintain accurate meal logs.
• Participate in meetings and assist with training of staff.
• SupportQuality Improvement initiatives and respond to customer needs.
