The Waterford at Decatur is seeking a Culinary Service Assistant to join our dining team and provide friendly, professional dining service to residents. This role supports meal service, food preparation, and sanitation in a senior living environment.

Qualified candidates typically have 1–2 years in a similar role and a high school diploma or GED. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for training and growth within Sonida Senior Living.

Formación

• One to two years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Twelve (12) plus years of education, Highschool Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for the residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks, replenishing stock items in common area refreshment centers for residents.
• Maintains procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards to comply with governmental regulations.
• Adheres to the regular schedule of work activities and assignments to assure effective food service.
