Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) clients seek a Culinary Services Assistant in Centralia, IL to support Cafeteria and Catering operations in a dynamic educational environment. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, organization, and a positive attitude to align with the organization’s standards.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a current Food Sanitation License (or willingness to obtain one). You will work 6 a.m.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Current Food Sanitation License or willingness to obtain one is required.
Ability to read and interpret written instructions and recipes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks related to Cafeteria and Catering operations, including cooking, serving, cleaning, and dishwashing.
Assist with planning and executing Cafeteria and Catering events as needed.
Operate cash registers and handle cash operations during assigned shifts.
Support inventory management, ordering, and restocking activities.
Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained in all aspects of food service.
