Job summary

Forefront is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to perform designated cleaning and support duties in our healthcare environment, ensuring resident/patient safety and sanitation. You will assist the Chef Manager/Culinary Director, set up dining areas, help serve meals, and follow infection control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined work routines and cleaning tasks in the culinary department.
• Assist in meal preparation and service under supervision.
• Follow Federal/State regulations and department policies.
• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain sanitation standards.
• Set up dining room and serve meals to residents.
• Wash and store dishes; manage supplies and equipment needs.
• Attend in-service training and safety drills.
• Follow infection control procedures and HIPAA guidelines.
