Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to assist the cook in meal preparation and service for residents in Minnesota.

You will follow established policies to promote food service standards, ensuring meals meet scheduled times and residents’ preferences while preserving personal dignity. This role supports geriatric residents and offers opportunities for growth within Monarch’s network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• The Culinary Services Aide must assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes.
• Follows established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promotes food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
• Provides meal service that meets the desires of the resident, by allowing as much choice as possible and giving food service that preserves the element of personal dignity.
