Must communicate verbally with residents, families, visitors and coworkers.
Ability to move food serving and preparation equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Deliver hospitality and enhance every guest experience.
Describe featured menu items with extensive menu knowledge.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and send to kitchen via POS system.
Work as part of a team to serve food and beverages promptly.
Receive and store groceries and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
Report situations that could cause accidents or injuries to residents or others.
Observe and report resident symptoms, reactions, and changes.
