Job summary

Buckner Retirement Services Community is seeking a Culinary Server in Fort Worth, TX, onsite. You will play a key role in serving residents, delivering hospitality, and supporting Buckner's standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities include menu knowledge, accurate order taking, teamwork, and maintaining cleanliness. Training and a food handler’s certificate are required to meet Buckner and governing authorities’ standards.

Qualifications

• Food handler’s certificate required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to communicate verbally with residents, families, visitors and co-workers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Possesses great guest relations and communication skills.
• Deliver hospitality and enhance every guest experience.
• Describe featured menu items with extensive menu knowledge.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen via POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and some kitchen areas.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Receive and store groceries and rotate stock.
