Job summary

Mansions on Main in New Albany is seeking a dedicated Culinary Server to support all aspects of meal service and dining operations. The role emphasizes hygiene, organization, and teamwork to create a positive dining experience for residents.

You will assist with meal prep, service, and cleanliness, while following state and federal regulations. The position offers part-time hours with competitive compensation based on experience and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of ServSafe educational requirements.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and computer skills.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and portioning according to the menu and schedule.
• Complete resident checklist and report results to cook or Culinary Director.
• Assist in meal service in accordance with sanitation standards.
• Report any substandard food quality to Culinary Director.
• Monitor food and beverages to ensure proper temperatures.
• Bus tables and wash dishes using standard procedures.
• Maintain dining room and kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Handle, store, and dispose of food per regulations.
• Load/unload dishwasher and manage clean equipment.
