Job summary

Bethany Village AL HCMC is seeking a Culinary Server to support our residents with safe, nutritious meals and friendly service. You will help with meal service, tray setup, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling preferred, unless required by State and Federal agencies.
• Required: Commitment to customer service
• Required: Willingness to perform routine tasks and work alongside culinary team and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to best meet the needs of residents to provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist in the preparation and portions of meal items according to the menu and resident diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Cleans equipment as needed, maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace.
