Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to support daily culinary operations and ensure high-quality, sanitary dining experiences for residents. You will assist with meal service, food delivery, and maintaining clean, safe kitchen areas in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines.

The role emphasizes participation in special events, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to infection control and quality standards, while offering on-the-job training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Assists in serving meals and delivering food carts, trays, etc. to designated areas, and works in serveries.
• Maintains sanitary, clean work areas and equipment; assists in daily cleaning duties as needed.
• Assists in executing special events and participating in their planning and preparation.
• Maintains current records through use of computers and documentation per standards.
