Job summary

Ohio Living in Monroe, OH seeks a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to support daily dining operations for residents. You will help serve meals, deliver food to designated areas, and maintain clean, sanitary work spaces while adhering to safety guidelines.

Reading, writing and speaking English are required; a high school diploma is preferred and on-the-job training is provided. Weekend shifts may be required to meet resident dining needs.

Qualifications

• Food service experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks that are palatable and appetizing for residents.
• Assists in serving meals and delivering food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, and safe work areas and equipment; assists in cleaning duties as directed by supervisor.
• Assists in planning and executing special events and in their preparation.
• Keeps menus and records current and accurate using computers or other documentation as required.
