Job summary

Buckner Retirement Services Community: Baptist Retirement Community in San Angelo, TX is seeking a Culinary Server to support dining services for residents. This role is onsite, full-time, and focuses on delivering quality service that aligns with Buckner’s hospitality standards.

Key duties include setting and clearing tables, serving meals and beverages, food prep assistance, and maintaining clean work areas in dining rooms and carts.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write and understand business documents which are written in English.
• Requires ability to communicate verbally with residents, families, visitors and co-workers.
• Requires ability to make self clearly understood by others.
• Requires ability to understand and follow basic written and oral step-by-step instructions.
• Requires ability to move food serving and preparation equipment as needed, using up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force continuously to move objects.

As a Culinary Server, you will play an important role in all phases of serving that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards.
