Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service.
• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment (stoves, ovens, floors, grills, broilers) and surfaces.
• Conduct high-dusting to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and beverage outlets.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, sinks, and other cleaning equipment; breakdown and reassembly as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the shift.
• Transport garbage, recycling, and debris to designated disposal locations.
• Comply with all applicable gaming laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
