Job summary

Sysco seeks experienced Sales Professionals, Restaurant Managers, Culinary Managers or Chefs to join our World Class Sales Team in California. Build relationships with new and existing accounts, promote Sysco products, and drive profitable growth while meeting customers' needs, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and maximize profitable sales growth within territory.
• Qualify prospects according to company goals and account stratification.
• Research customer business needs and tailor a mix of products and services to meet those needs.
• Keep informed about market conditions, product innovations and competitors.
