Job summary

Wild Fork Foods in Encinitas, CA is seeking a Team Member to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will educate customers on products, share recipes, and assist at checkout while stocking shelves and maintaining cold storage areas.

This role requires comfort with a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lb, operating in walk-in freezers, and supporting daily operations including e-commerce order processing.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates teamwork and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador – educate guests about Wild Fork Foods and our quality products.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to share recipes and cooking tips.
• Provide a personalized shopping experience and assist customers from selection to checkout.
• Assist customers during checkout and ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Perform stocking duties including lifting up to 50 lb, rotating products, and cleaning store areas.
• Oversee daily price changes and assist with cash register as needed.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely product handouts for deliveries.
• Work in a cold environment, move racks, and assist with monthly inventory in the walk-in freezer.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
