Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a warm, engaging shopping experience and help guests with product knowledge, recipes, and meal ideas.

You will stock and replenish merchandise, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean, customer-ready store. The role requires working in cold environments, handling cash, and opening/closing duties as needed. Join a team that values determination, hospitality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, grocery, hospitality, or food experience required.
• Strong customer service skills with enthusiasm for food and culinary exploration.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in extremely cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8-10 hours.
• Flexible scheduling (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Basic math skills for cash handling; POS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, engaging shopping experience and recommend products.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise to keep store presentable and ready for customers.
• Assist with deliveries, back-stock organization, and shrink prevention.
• Work in walk-in freezers and maintain food safety and sanitation.
• Operate POS, handle transactions, returns, and opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet store goals and participate in training.
