Pilgrim is seeking a Wild Fork Team Member in Ardmore, PA. You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher to advise customers on recipes and proteins while ensuring product freshness and stock availability. You will also assist with online order pick/pack and deliver a friendly checkout experience.

The role emphasizes brand ambassadorship, learning culinary tips, and providing a highly memorable customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
• Comfort with working in a cold environment and lifting up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers on quality products.
• Provide a butcher friendly shopping experience and assist at checkout.
