Job summary

Wild Fork in Florida is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a memorable guest experience and become a personal chef/butcher expert for our customers. You will gain product knowledge to recommend dishes and proteins, manage stock, process online orders, and ensure a friendly checkout.

The role offers both full-time and part-time hours with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour plus monthly bonus potential. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb and working in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet seasonal peaks
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador - educate customers about Wild Fork values and products
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience and personalized assistance
• Assist customers at checkout and process online orders for delivery
• Maintain inventory, stock, price changes and cleanliness in the store
