Job summary

Wild Fork in Florida is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher to provide expert recommendations and ensure product freshness.

Responsibilities include stocking, online order processing, and a friendly checkout experience, with a focus on teamwork and ownership. Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills when interacting with a wide range of guests.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.
• Be determined and deliver results with urgency, time management and prioritization.
• Take ownership and responsibility to be successful.
• Strong cognitive skills including problem analysis.
• Flex schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers about Wild Fork quality and WF values as a Brand Ambassador.
• Become a product and culinary expert through training to share recipes and tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience with personalized service.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable shopping experience.
• Stocking duties such as lifting up to 50 lb, rotating products, dusting and cleaning the store.
• Oversee daily price changes and operate the cash register as required.
• Process e-commerce orders and coordinate timely product handouts for deliveries.
• Work in an extremely cold environment (walk-in freezer).
• Performs other related duties.
