Epicured, Inc. in Glen Cove, NY is hiring a Culinary & Recipe Data Analyst to keep its Galley recipe database accurate and ready for product development. This onsite role focuses on data integrity, standardization of specifications, and mapping ingredients with unit conversions.

You will collaborate with culinary, clinical, and operations teams to audit recipes, resolve discrepancies, and run QA checks on menu data. A background in food science or RD is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of food industry experience in a kitchen or regulatory role.
• Degree in Food Science preferred.
• Experience with Galley or similar recipe databases is a plus.
• Strong data management and attention to detail.

• Input, standardize, and maintain detailed recipe specs in Galley.
• Onboard ingredients, map vendor data, and manage unit conversions.
• Apply nutrition and dietary attributes at sub-recipe and dish levels.
• Collaborate with culinary, clinical, and operations teams to audit and QA recipes.
• Identify bottlenecks and help refine SOPs for data entry and labeling outputs.
