Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
• Strong computer literacy skills: LMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.
• Ability to successfully meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Student Retention and Support: administer high-level academic support and advise students.
• Faculty Support and Oversight: assist with hiring, training, evaluating faculty and review transcripts.
• Curriculum: lead program review, develop new programs, align curriculum with accreditation.
• Administration: manage course schedules, attendance, budget, and compliance with policies.
• Professional/Community Involvement: engage with professional organizations and advisory boards.
