Job summary

Chick-fil-A Valley is seeking a Team Member to deliver a signature Chick-fil-A experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This full-time role offers learning opportunities and a chance to positively influence guests and fellow Team Members.

Starting pay is $14.00/hour with free break meals, a friendly work culture, flexible scheduling, and Sundays closed. You will learn from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders to grow professionally within a community-focused brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Full-time availability as primary employment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Desire to learn, grow, and serve others while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in Breading, Boards, Prep, and Dishes.
• Prepare fresh, hot meals for delivery to guests.
• Maintain a Food Safe environment at all times.
• Prepare Chick-fil-A items like Original Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Fries, Salads, Wraps and more.
• Be guest-focused and team-minded.
• Clean restaurant areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Culinary Professional Responsibilities:

• Serving guests in these areas: Breading, Boards, Prep, and Dishes
• Preparing fresh, hot meals for delivery to our guests
• Maintaining a Food Safe environment at all times
• Making our Original Chicken Sandwich, Waffle Potato Fries, Salads, Wraps, Cookies, and more
• Being guest-focused and team-minded
• Cleaning areas of the restaurant in order to provide a safe and clean environment for Team Members and Guests
