Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Production Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily culinary production in a high-volume facility, ensuring safe and efficient workflows from ingredient staging to distribution. You will coach teams, align labor and capacity with forecasts, and uphold food safety and quality across all shifts.

This role requires hands-on leadership on the floor and collaboration with warehouse and logistics peers.

Qualifications

• Two years of lead/supervisor experience in high-volume culinary or production operations.
• Experience coaching and developing production associates.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams on the floor to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution of workflows.
• Coordinate production schedules and shift execution to meet forecasts and shipments.
• Coach associates, reinforce standards, and drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Logistics to ensure proper labeling, staging, and handoffs.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance across production areas.
