Job summary

Epic’s campus in Madison, WI is seeking a procurement professional for the culinary department. You will source large industrial appliances, merchandising equipment, and small wares while coordinating with chefs, catering, events, facilities, and accounting teams.

You will establish and maintain relationships with local farmers to national wholesalers, support sustainable cost decisions, and participate in merit raises, bonuses, stock grants, and a possible sabbatical after five years.

Qualifications

• Equipment procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel and Access.
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• COVID‑19 Vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Procure culinary equipment and supplies for the culinary department.
• Develop, establish, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with chefs, catering, events, facilities, and accounting teams.
• Support local and regional sourcing to balance quality, sustainability, and cost.
