Job summary

Epic’s campus in Madison, WI seeks a procurement professional for the culinary department. You will lead sourcing for large industrial appliances, merchandising equipment, and small wares, serving thousands daily and coordinating with chefs, catering, events, facilities, and accounting.

You will build and maintain vendor relationships, prioritize local sourcing when possible, and negotiate with purveyors from local farms to national wholesalers.

Qualifications

• Equipment procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with a variety of vendors.
• Collaborate with chefs and stakeholders (catering, events, facilities, accounting).
• Procure large appliances, merchandising equipment, and small wares; manage high-volume sourcing.
