Qualifications

• Equipment procurement experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Excel and Access
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• COVID‑19 Vaccination

Responsibilities

• Procure culinary equipment, large and small wares, and related supplies
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors from local to national levels
• Collaborate with chefs, catering, events, facilities, and accounting teams
• Support sourcing decisions balancing quality, sustainability, and cost
