Job summary

Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a full-time Food Preparer to join our team. You will cut and prep menu items daily, plan product mixes with the GM, and ensure menus and food procedures are followed.

This role requires at least 1 year of food prep experience, culinary training if available, and a Food Service Sanitation Certificate. Knowledge of nutrition and accurate recipe execution are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and prepping all menu items fresh daily.
• Daily product mix planning in conjunction with general manager
• Review menus prior to preparation of food
• Assure that all food procedures are followed
• Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary (catering)
• Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply
• Follow all sanitation guidelines
• Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
