Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a skilled cook for a fast-casual setting to prepare and cook food items while ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing food revenues. The role requires ServSafe certification, a culinary background or apprenticeship, and 2–3 years in contract foodservice within sports/entertainment venues.

You will maintain safety standards, rotate locations as needed, and contribute to a high-quality, efficient service.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification required or equivalent
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
• Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship with 2–3 years cooking experience in contract foodservice (sports/entertainment venues)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership and initiative
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays; team oriented and detail focused
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; adhere to safety policies and training requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items in a fast-casual space to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a guest service philosophy and positive customer relations
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Legends Hospitality standards
• Rotate to other service locations as needed
• Assist with cost controls and high-quality product delivery
