Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily foodservice operations, scheduling, and cost management.
• Supervise kitchen and packaging staff; ensure safety and sanitation.
• Plan menus and production sheets; monitor quality and taste.
• Maintain HACCP compliance; ensure inventory control and vendor relations.
• Train and coach staff; enforce company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with training programs and USDA/agency guidelines.
• Support events and student training programs.
• Maintain flexibility in schedule including weekends.
