Paramount Events – Fuelgood in Chicago is seeking a Chef Manager to oversee daily culinary and catering operations at our downtown location, including the corporate restaurant and onsite catering services.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in culinary or food service, strong client relations, and working knowledge of basic accounting. You will lead a team, uphold safety standards, and build nutritious offerings aligned with Fuelgood standards.
