Ohio Living seeks a Service Manager to lead the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department in a life plan community. You will organize daily operations, direct meal preparation, and ensure high-quality dining experiences for residents.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with Nursing and the broader care team to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in food service operations or hospitality management.
• Supervisory experience in a long-term care facility or related medical facility preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary practices, regulations, and infection control.

Responsabilités

• Organizes and directs the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department and its service activities.
• Ensures timely and efficient meal service during meals; available in service areas.
• Supervises and assists in product and meal preparation to meet menus and quality standards.
• Maintains quality assurance and safety for culinary services areas and equipment.
• Staffs department and schedules to meet daily needs and training requirements.
• Coordinates services with Nursing, Maintenance, Housekeeping and others.
• Maintains budget parameters and fiscal controls for CNS operations.
• Monitors compliance with policies; ensures records and documentation are accurate.
