Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a program leader to develop and manage evidence-based culinary medicine and medical nutrition therapy programs, while supervising kitchen operations and staff to ensure high-quality care. You will teach, mentor dietetic interns and staff, evaluate programs, monitor compliance, and pursue professional development to integrate current research into practice.

The role coordinates with clinical teams to ensure patient-centered services and contributes to quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or closely related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• One year of progressive experience in culinary nutrition and/or clinical dietetics.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and MA licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage culinary medicine and medical nutrition therapy programs.
• Supervise the teaching kitchen and staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Teach and mentor dietetic interns and students; provide consultation to clinical staff and community.
• Monitor program quality and compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Engage in professional development and apply current nutrition research to practice.
